These terms govern your use of Learners.Center ("the platform"), operated by DreamyHook Digital Media. By creating an account or using the platform, you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

Your account

You're responsible for keeping your account secure and for the activity under it. Please provide accurate information and don't share your login. You must be old enough to consent in your country, or have a parent or guardian's involvement.

Acceptable use

• ✦Use the platform for your own learning, lawfully and respectfully.
• ✦Don't attempt to break, overload, scrape, or reverse-engineer the service.
• ✦Don't misuse the playgrounds to harm others or run abusive workloads.
• ✦Don't upload unlawful, infringing, or offensive content to your profile.

Content & intellectual property

Course content, illustrations, code, and the design of Learners.Center are owned by DreamyHook Digital Media and are provided for your personal, non-commercial learning. You keep ownership of the profile information you add. You grant us the permission needed to store and display it back to you within the service.

Subscriptions & payments

The first module of every course is free with an account. Full access to courses requires a paid plan (Basic or Pro), billed monthly or yearly. Paid plans renew automatically until cancelled; you can cancel anytime from Billing & plan and keep access until the end of the period you've paid for. Payments are processed by our payment partner. Prices and plan features may change; we'll show current pricing on the pricing page before you subscribe. See our Cancellation & Refund Policy for details.

The service is provided "as is"

Learners.Center is offered on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We work hard to keep it accurate and online, but we don't guarantee it will be error-free, uninterrupted, or that the educational content fits every situation. Features may change or be removed as the platform evolves.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, DreamyHook Digital Media is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

Termination

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or end access if these terms are violated or to protect the platform and its users.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms. The "Last updated" date above shows the latest version.
